Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.


In cases where you'd like to exchange your product or replace it, we're more than happy to do so, so long as we have inventory on hand. If there is no inventory on hand, we reserve the right to issue you a complete refund. Please understand that it is not possible for us to always have stock of every colorway available at all times given that we're a small company, nor is it feasible for us to continually order replacement in small batches. 


Please understand that shipping times as well as VAT/customs taxes are wildly out of our control. International shipping in particular has been experiencing COVID-19 and supply chain related delays. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
